Unable to open website

hi im just wondering if anyone else is having this happen as it has been problematic for about 2 weeks now,the website sometimes opens up and i sign in then 30 mins later its gone again and in that time its very slow and a lot of links for downloads do not work.Any news on this is appreciated or if its just me then i obviously have some problem but other websites are fine that i visit.

We've posted elsewhere, but i'll likely create a new post and pin it. 

Long story short, we ran into hardware issues on our server, so the outage was us trying to migrate servers during a worldwide epidemic. We have a few more things to do, but it should be more stable now.

Thankyou for the response its very much appreciated and i completley understand it may take time while this pandemic stays with us

Hi fr0stbyt3,

I too have been unable to access hyperlist. I appreciate that you are working on it and it will be resolved soon. I was just wondering if there is anywhere else to get the XML database files from during the outage; specifically NEC-8801.
