I have this issue when I try to login into my hypersync 

 

Could not Verify HyperSpin Membership, check your credentialsany idea I just changed my password but nothing changed

I signed up last night for platinum and am having the same issue. tried to change my password and still nothing

I've heard but not tested that our ftp2 and Hypersync are back up again. Thank you for your patience.

You need to be a platinum member to use Hypersync.

I think when there's a new MAME release it goes down for a few days. Could be an update maintenance? That's what It seems like anyway...

Yep, Hypersync is down for some maintenance, shouldn't be too long.

Hey Gig, When Mame does release like 223 now, do we get to see new media from this version or where is HSync currently with the version? Also, Does HSync automatically update or do we have to click "update Mame database" and say other sections as well? TIA

Unfortunately I don't deal with Hypersync or the media on it, @thatman84 may know more.
