Total Black Windows Cursor Set

Usually When setting up a mamecab a trasparent cursor set is used but this lead to maintenance problems, moreover when setting up an HTPC you will need visible cursors for the browser. Most transitions are on black so I come up with this solution for my HTPC. Probably I'll change some of the them for the final version and I still have to figure out the names used by windows default for some of them but meantime let me know what you think

Windows load cursors AFTER the system is loaded so during booting and shutdown you'll see windows default cursors, to avoid this take ownership of cursors in C:Windows/Cursors and replace them. Using windows Enterprise to boot on black and using these cursor will give you a clean boot and a clean shutdown.
