Theme Question

I don't if this is the right place to post, but could any one point me to theme like this? I found it on a youtube video and it is using scrolling boxart  across the bottom instead of a wheel'

The wheel is in horizontal style and use the boxart instead of the game logo, very easy and nice theme.

7 or 5 element. You need to change also the size of the wheel and the position. With this settings you'll get 7 element
