noobie HyperSpinSystems.com(Legit or Fake?)

Hi guys a noobie here with a quick question should i order a drive from hyperspinsystems.com they claim to be what is says on the website! is this site for real or am i bieng scammed? Help hyperspin community! Any info on this matter will be very helpful to me  guys Thanks!

The short answer is, 1. Probably not, 2. Scammed? not necessarily, but possibly, and don't expect any tech support from either them, or the HyperSpin community if that is the case.

A more in depth answer: There's a very good possibility that what you will be getting will have outdated emulators, outdated roms, outdated RocketLauncher (HyperSpin middleware), be ill configured or half assedly configured, etc.

I won't judge you if you decide to go that route, I did, originally. But by the time I put enough effort into fixing everything that was broken, I would have been better off learning to do it all myself to begin with. On the other hand, if you think you'd be completely satisfied with something that 'kinda works,' and don't want to put any real effort into it yourself, then knock yourself out.

But be advised this community in general frowns on this sort of thing for various reasons, and you're not likely to get much help fixing some pirate company's broken mess.

They are dodgy, do NOT buy.

Old system setup and out of date emulators etc mentioned by many in the community.
