The HyperSpin 2 beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Multicade help

Hi everyone, I am new to the site so if this isn't allowed please simply delete and I will read the terms better for the future and go through the proper channels of exploring and understanding the software for myself.

Long story short I work in at an afterschool program and we had a student pass away. He was a big gamer so I am trying to put together a table top multicade in his memory. I am proficient with all the building aspects of this project but lack the technical aspects when it comes to the software. I was hoping i could pay someone to have everything up and going on a flash drive (or close to) that i can simply plug and play or download to the system and play. It will be a wood cabinet in the traditional arcade shape (basically starting above the traditional coin box), a computer monitor for a screen, and a Lenovo Ideacentre Q190-57320450 inside (I dont know what OS off hand but i can upgrade it to whatever i need to). For gamepads, I am planning to have usb ports where the joystick would normally be (a vinyl image of buttons and joystick will be here), and plug in whatever controller would be appropriate for the system they would be playing. I hope this is enough information to explain what I am trying to do.

Yes our rules do state that you cannot ask for people to set up for money.

Frontends, emulators and support software all require some knowledge to set them up and maintain so it is always best to try and setup yourself.

We do have very good tutorials to get you started and people will help you on forums.

We do have a build available for platinum members which does have 62 systems setup to a degree but that also requires some set up and requires ROMs and bios files.

Good luck.
