Gameboy Advance Theme

I have the default theme installed. So I went and got Circo's movies.

Is it just me or does everyone have the white bar at the top between the video and the top of the purple gameboy as if the video isn't positioned high enough on it's Y coordinate?

Is it suppose to be like that?

you can edit this in hypertheme

When I load it in HyperTheme I can't seem to find a button to get it to load:

so I can't see what I'm doing.

It only load Artwork1.png, background.png and the simulated Artwork2 like the video tutorial indicated.

Video.png is MIA as well.

Thanks! With the Video Overlay you provided and the original everything else the video is sitting exactly where it is suppose to be.

Hi everyone.

Sorry for bump the post but I have the same issue that yours and cannot fix it. I changed the "W" and "H" and compress "Stored" but the problem continues. For your information, I don't have access to the FTP. ¿Can any paste the XML parameters of the Default theme?

Why not post the solution instead of just telling everyone you fixed it?

I wish the download would come with a fixed theme. Then this topic would be solved.

i fix this ages ago..... and uploaded the fixed theme......it appears in hyper sync as a alt option..... but you can only use hyper sync and a plat user.

Yeah but Ferry isn't even gold? When did you download your Hyperspin Ferry?

Hyperspin is free, you don't need to be a Gold member to download it. He meant he fixed the theme himself in HyperTheme, he didn't download the fixed one from the FTP or HyperSync.

Ya...I know. I was wondering if he downloaded Hyperspin over a year ago or before jahilton fixed the theme and is just now implementing gameboy advance since obviously he didn't get a broken alt version from HyperSync or the corrected version from the FTP.

You bring up a good point, I wonder if the HS package has the new fixed theme or not? If not, then even new members will have this issue, unless they go platinum or gold.

Hi everyone!

Well, I downloaded Hyperspin the last month and the only problem that I had was the GameBoy Advance's Theme. Unfortunately, the themes are not updated in the page web.

For your information, I don't use HyperTheme software to fix it. I have a degree in Information Technology (I'm a computer nerd or freak) and well, I fixed the XML that have the Theme. Many attributes (like "W", "H" and other) aren't good.

The only that I can do is give a advice: Do a maintenance of the material that have the web, because that (for example) if people knows that the GameBoy Advance have a problem, the Theme must be replaced for the repaired theme. But if the only answer are that the repaired theme are in the FTP, the users like me who don't have access have a problem.

One thing is have the FTP for material and another is have material broken in the web for obligate the users become gold members to download the repaired things. Think about it

Well that answers that question. Thanks! I don't believe anyone is purposefully not updating the HS download with the correct theme, its just that only a handful of people (maybe just BBB) have the ability to fix it, and they're not aware of the issue. I think you should send a PM to BadBoyBill and let him know what's up.

Sorry to revive an old thread however recently i ran into the same problem with the theme off hypersync. So i came across this thread and downloaded the 'fix' for for it however it wasnt detecting my artwork from folder 3 and 4 like the theme off hypersync did. To fix this, what i did was download the 'fix' from irondragoon's FTP and used the lines the artwork line of code in the XML from the hypersync theme (Old one) and apply it to the XML in the irondragoon's fixed version XML in the zip.

If this sounds a bit complicated you can download it from my FTP folder (azzajess).

Just remember to make a backup of original theme.

Sorry if the 'fix' sounds a bit complicated for some...

I was just about to fix this on my install myself.

You can also use HyperSync and choose jahilton2002's version of the system theme to fix it.

To make it less complicated, just simply download the fixed theme in my FTP under Upload Here/azzajess/Nintendo Gameboy Advance/Themes

Just remember to make a backup of your original one in case something goes wrong.

Let me know how you went, and feel free to ask any question if need be.
