N64 boxart is full screen, can resize?

Weird.  
almost done complete setup. Only console giving me issues is N64 boxart, the rest auto pop bucket in corner. N64 goes full screen stretched , how to fix? Referencing SMS below for proper look.

Yes , I believe so, I ended up removing it as it was a pain to go through and trouble shoot since it was the only console doing this , only one issue to figure out now
