I have been creating themes for my pc games, but everyone i have made is the typical 4:3 size.

I tried following the guide about resizing the image and squishing it, but everytime I get the image first to 1365x768 then to 1024x768; the image looks pixelated...

The images im using are basically just wallpapers off google..

can someone please help me with this.  I am new to photoshop

The only way to get a good image in HS is using .swf. 1920*1080 pngs embedded in a swf looks really good if you just let flash handle the downsampling of the image. You need flash professional or animate cc for this, I released some script that will convert pngs into swf.
