RocketLauncher Error I Can't Figure Out

I am trying to load MAME games in RocketLauncherUI.  I am getting this error: 

 

Error parsing database file, make sure the XML is well-formed.  Unexpected end of file has occurred.  The following elements are not closed: xml. Line 28702, position 8.

 

The thing is, the elements ARE closed.  Line 28702 is the last line in the attached MAME database.  You can see, it says </menu> so why does RL think it is open?  Any help...please?

Open the xml file in Notepad++ so you can see what's on line 28702. It might not be the last line in the xml.

You can also compare to the known-good MAME XML databases here: http://retrofe.nl/Download/XML/ or just use one of those instead.
