Oculus Rift - Who has one on order?

We have the HTC Vive! We love it we are just looking on setting up a frontend for all the games now. Will it working with Hyperspin? Anyone try yet?

 

For those thinking about getting one but haven't decided which one to buy, we waited. We were going to get the Oculus Rift but wanted to wait on a non-DK Version. We are so glad we did.  We had test friends Ocuclus Rifts in the past and it was okay but after using a friend's Vive a week and a half ago well there was no comparison. The Oculus was a bit lagging as compared to the HTC Vive.  After owning a PS3 when the PS4 came out they limited new games. My son was devastated that his favorite game series was only continued on PS4, no more new releses for the PS3, will that be the same for the PS4 a chance we aren't willing to take.

 

We are glad we got the HTC Vive.

Huh, I thought I came back here a while ago to mention how I totally didn't rate it now. Anyway, I've had the rift since what, March I think? I have had fun showing people it but I have, in that whole time, probably spent all of 10 hours max in it myself. Yeah it's nice, and maybe I would have a different opinion if I had the touch controllers but I think it's more the fact that I'm on the wrong side of 30 with 2 young kids and a mortgage and 1 income and I'd rather sit down in front of the projector and get high at the end of the day than strap on a headset and stumble around in the dark. Also because I don't like to buy software without trying it first, I couldn't find any demos for most Oculus software without having to buy it first and there's no way I'm parting with even a buck for something I don't know if I'll use so there are a heap of titles that I have not tried for this reason.
