This is my first time with hyperspin,...  Came across it whilst browsing ytube for retro gaming on the nvidia shield.  I've had the 48k spectrum, commodore 64, amiga 500, amiga 1200,  Wii, ps1, ps3, xbox one, various laptops/P.C.s.   

My first viewing of any kind of computer was a 16k spectrum at a mates house one xmas.   4 hours trying to run manic miner, before we game up and went for a game of footy instead.  Great days.

Welcome Dave T. Your childhood sound very similar to mine, also went to a mates to play Horace Goes Skiing and Manic Miner. My first was a ZX81 after seeing one in Smiths, bought a second hand one for £50 and was hooked.
