Paid Platinum Membership not activated yet?

Hello, I am hoping an admin can help me out here. A few days ago I paid for the Platinum membership but I did not receive any email or PM from hyperspin confirming the purchase. I am also not able to use hypersync because of this. I attempted to use the contact page but have not received a response yet. Does it usually take this long for the transaction to complete?

I'm having a similar trouble as Starkadius had, but the problem is that when I try clicking on Paypal button after I choose Platinum Membership and try logging in, it says "We can't process your payment right now, so please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience", is there a way to fix it?

I tried from different browsers and different computers.

Please help me becoming platinum member!
