sparkywallnut Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 WOW! Really nice detail. I love the way you have the PC setup there. It's projects like this that make love this hobby! I do have question for you though. What kind of wood/matieral are you using? MDF? or somthing else? It looks like a combination of materials. I love MDF but it can be a pain to fasting it all together! You find yourself becoming good friends with wood glue, and wood filler. Ha Ha! Anyway, keep up the great work, and I look forward in seeing the end result. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

jahilton2002 Posted January 29, 2012 Author Posted January 29, 2012 Very nice looking project! Just wanted to make sure you've seen this YouTube video: I can send you a link to the instructions and animation files. sounds great, isn't the win7 and mobo specific tho?
ScottEK Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 The BIOS screen is motherboard specific. The guy in the video has an ASUS motherboard. I have an ASUS motherboard too and that's the last step that I'm on. The rest is Windows 7 specific but there should be similar possibilities with Windows XP.
LASooner Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Because this seems relevant, Space Invaders in real life.

johndarc Posted February 11, 2012 Posted February 11, 2012 wowwy wow wow. I was hoping to build a cab for my dad while he's away to accompany his Ms Pac-Man machine. I've been pretty discouraged at the cost of materials, but THIS surely has renewed my vigor. What size LCD is that? Are you using MDF?

naota Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 That is a very nice build in progress. I cant wait to see the final project. You are very talented Might I add. Keep up the good work. When you're in a town like this all covered with smoke, you forget that there's a world outside. Nothing amazing happens here. And you get used to that, used to a world where everything is ordinary. Every day we spend here is like a whole lifetime of dying slowly. But now Haruko is here. That's how I know there really is a world outside.
