Iggy Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 Does anyone have a Famicom and/or Famicom Disk System they could take hi-res shots of? Im looking for a pic that has a top down view (with no skewing) of the Famicom unit minus the controllers docked with good lighting and a front shot of the disk player (with no skewing)....looking at 1400 px+....the higher the better as I will be using features on the pictures for the posted video overlays. Thanks! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]Sega Saturn Japanese Wheel Project: COMPLETE!! If you have FTP access, find my name and grab the set now!!!
DamnedRegistrations Posted November 8, 2014 Posted November 8, 2014 I found some high quality, top down pics for Famicom on ebay but unfortunately the controllers are usually always docked. HERE is one. There's a bunch more on there if you want to dig through the auctions. THIS is the best Famicom Disk System front pic I could find. Slightly angled but you shouldn't lose much quality when distorting it straight. I also came across this site: http://www.nightfallcrew.com/category/gallery/ Lots of high quality pictures of old consoles, computers and such at various angles. I saw plenty of useful stuff if you want to make Commodore 64 or Amiga borders for example.
Iggy Posted November 9, 2014 Author Posted November 9, 2014 Thanks DR....I saw that famicom pic but the buttons and famicom plate seems too grainy / dark....as a test, tried to lighten the buttons/plate up, however; didnt look too great as I couldnt get that nice red color [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]Sega Saturn Japanese Wheel Project: COMPLETE!! DamnedRegistrations Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 That was just one example auction pic I came across. There are a ton more you can check through: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR9.TRC2.A0.H0.Xnintendo+famicom&_nkw=nintendo+famicom&_sacat=0
