keltoigael Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 I have been using retroarch and I love the advance shaders you can throw on the Mame core to make it look like an old CRT with scalines and glow. Is there any way to do this with just Mame itself? I tried fooling around with the hlsl settings provided with Mame but it always boots to a solid black screen. Anyone have a good guide to follow? Reinstall the DirectX Runtime here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 Or update video card/try onboard video as was done here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?35246-Mame-Black-Screen Hope that helps...
