Receiving Errors When Game Open and Runs Fine?

I'm trying to setup Game Boy and Game Boy Color on my Hyperspin. Very new to the software but managed to get a few emulators up and running just fine. However I'm running into a problem getting the Gameboys setup. I have everything running fine, I can see the systems on my wheel along with the game list. When I choose a game it opens and starts to play but then Hyperspin gives me an error saying something along the lines of waiting for Playguy to open and to make sure I have the correct version of the emulator installed. I hit ESC and go back to Hyperspin where I can exit the program and my emulator will still be playing in the background.

Any ideas what I should be doing?

Hey thanks for the reply. I decided to completely scrap everything and start completely over and I'm running into a new problem. So here's whats up, I followed a guide from YouTube and managed to get NES (Jnes) working just fine. I decided to go with Sega Genesis next and followed the steps but when I test a game in HyperLaunchHQ I get cannot find ....\fusion.ini.

Steps Taken (5 steps total):

HyperLaunchHQ

1.Sega Genesis (Modules) and selected Fusion.ahk where I found out what emulator version to use.

2.Downloaded the emulator version and placed it in the emulators folder in my Hyperspin folder.

3.GLOBAL (Emulators) selected Fusion and setup Path/Module

4.Sega Genesis (Emulators) selected ROM path and default emulator

5.Sega Genesis (Games) Audit all games, list of green labeled Genesis titles where I selected one of the titles and launch the title through HyperLaunch in which I get the error.

The tutorial showed my how to setup NES which worked fine without any error so I'm not sure where I messed up and what this .INI file is nor how to fix it. Any guesses? Couldn't quite figure out the troubleshoot log you linked me but if you need it I'll try and figure it out for you.

the guess on your error can be endless, nobody will guess what error you are having unless you post your log.

open HyperLaunchrHQ

make sure that your Logger Levels are set to Troubleshooting

post your log, you can find it at ---> C:\HyperSpin\Hyperlaunch\Hyperlaunch.txt

make sure you include the "

" tags when posting your log.

their are multiple INI files in multiple folders, all the Hyperspin INIs are downloaded with your Hyperspin installation files.

if an emulator has one, it will be created when you first run the emulator.
