Interton VC 4000 Wheels

Hi all!

I created a full set of Interton VC 4000 wheels. I used cartridges i found on the net.

They where of quite bad quality but i touched them up a bit and i also threw together the missing 10 or so cartridges that didn't exist on the net.

The are available on the FTP in my dir.

These look more like carts for artwork 4 folder. Nice job though on putting it together. I have made some wheels and used your carts for my artwork 4 slot.

I use retroarch which runs mess for this system.

Here is a link to a Dat file I made to check against your MESS roms using CRC. There is also a copy of the Databases xml and the remaining wheels.

Oh, I've renamed your wheels and moved them to artwork 2 folder. The default theme uses theme quite well; however, they need to be cleaned up a little. There is still traces of white on the edges of your carts. This can be fixed by using going into Layer -> Matting -> remove white and also defringing. I suggest about 3 px.

So to sum up, I didn't mean to hijack your thread but I was bored today so I made the database, wheels and a dat file to cross check your MESS roms against it. I also renamed your artwork and moved to artwork 2 folder as well as the videos for this set.

Yes, grab the database from my sig and point your rom path to vc4000 in your MESS roms folder. Set the system name to Interton VC 4000 and run using RetroArch. Let me know if you have trouble.

That is the golden question. The answer yes my version of the RetroArch AHK has at least 15 systems not currently listed; I've been adding them after testing that they work and changing the script if necessary. The themes for some of the 9 or 10 databases I've created haven't been created because people haven't seen half of the systems before as they are unsupported, yet working or Japanese/ European.

I have many more systems, but have focused on the Japanese one's that some others requested. Just trying to make life easier for everyone who enjoys this hobby.
