The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Thanks for your reply.

I'am using a HORI Wii Arcade Stick with a Mayflash Wii Classic Controller to USB. Sounds very exotic, yes, but the Controller is natively recognized by Win7 without installing the drivers. The Drivers from Mayflash even let me configure everything on the stick. Best part is, buttons show up with a b x y L R select start home in emulators or such. So mapping is very easy and comes in handy when playing nintendo emulators.

I'am using digital Audio through HDMI.

I'll come back in some time and watch for updates. Maybe there will be a solution in the future.

Hyperspin is a nice Project, keep it up!

i have same problem of crazy wheel :/

an update of HyperSpin come ?

No. Don't wait for that. Use XPadder as suggested above and turn off the spinner and trackball options inside HyperHQ as suggested above.

Hey a few more years and we will all be passing the bed or wearing adult diapers.

I hope the nursing home has an arcade room, I won't be able to play it of course, just site there rocking and watching the attract mode. ;)

Using the xpadder is not the most elegant solution, because the program remains open while you are playing videogames, so if you map one key to escape, it will quit the game while you are playing, and that sucks!

It would be nice if this was fixed!

Are you talking about games other than in Hyperspin?

Firstly don't map keys to "esc" use Hyperlaunch's exit key or key and load a blank xpadder profile if your not using it on the emulator.

Well for instance if I mapped a key to exit hyperspin to select a game with xpadder and that key does something in one of the emulators like mame or kega then it will be affecting my use of the emulator. I know I could go through all the emulators and reassigning keys and all kinds of drama but it's a massive pain. I don't think you can configure xpadder to just work with one and only program, once is running it maps it for everything. Does that make sense what I am saying?

I think I get what your saying. So you have your keys set up in the emulator but your Hyperspin xpadder profile is messing with it.

In that case, for each system which you have a problem with, you need to create a blank xpadder profile.

So when you start that emulator the blank profile is loaded, clearing out the Hyperspin profile. When you close the emulator the Hyperspin profile is reloaded.
