Is there any way to make the controller work with hyperspin every time I press up or down it jumps systems or keeps spinning. I am using motion in joy ds3 tool.

Download AntiMicro, and turn joystick off in hyperspin. Make a navigation profile in AntiMicro and it will turn your joystick movements into keyboard presses. Works like a charm.

Will it change my controls in my emulators? Or will it only make the controllers act as key presses in hyperspin? Thanks for the help. :)

It will have the profiles applied to all controllers that you want it to be applied to. It is always on, but I have mapped my controls directly in the emulator for every gamepad, so I think that's why it doesn't conflict with anything.
