Same happened to me but I asked for a second chance and they gave it to me. You need to download either the CHDs or Mame rom set which are free and then upload them day and night until you get your ratio back up. Bitgamer has a few sets as well. For older systems like snes, sega and so on, I got mine from a no-intro torrent. This should be in the GOLD members section, not here.
