Looking to make a hyper spin setup for my tv.. with wireless pads.. I know nothing about hardware anymore.... wondered if the below could run Dreamcast down? what would it be able to do??? i appreciate any feedback!

- i5 CPU ( model 660 – 3.33 GHz )

- 2GB DDR3 RAM (Upgradeable to 16GB)

- 250GB HDD

- DVD Drive

- VGA and DisplayPort out

- Windows 7 Pro 64-bit pre-installed and activated

- Shipped with new USB keyboard and mouse, power and network cables.

- Small Form Factor (SFF) casing. This is not as small as the tiny form factor PCs I sold a while back. But are still smaller than your average desktop. Dimensions are 12x4x14. Or de-case the PC for even tighter installations.
