I just installed a Frontend for Android in my Xperia SP called GameSome, it's very simple and intuitive, take a look.

NDS - 2D covers, you can configure it to click once and the game opens directly.

Simple Configs, paths to roms and emulators, game covers are downloaded automatically.

Like I said, it's very simple, but very functional, surely needs evolution.

Just wanted to show you a mobile frontend, hope you enjoy!
