lprong Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Hi i go away for weeks at a time so don't get as much time as I'd like to do this stuff but i can get mame 149 to work with directdraw but not with d3direct I'm running windows 8.1 could any one give any advise...
Metalzoic Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 I can't really help with your situation, but I couldn't het HLSL to work worth a damn with 149 myself. I just went ahead and updated to 160.1 and HLSL worked like a charm. 161.1 is even better. So if you're after that look I'd recommend biting the bullet and updating.

Jumpstiles has his compiled extra-awesome version here somewhere. Not sure how much the difference between version is size-wise though.
