demonseed Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 When I load a game I get the error of ppge_atlas.zim missing from the assets folder. I tried placing the assets folder under Retroarch/system/assets, and Retroarch/system/ppsspp and Retroarch/system/ppsspp/assets... also putting the .zim under system root.. but still not working?? Anyone know how to fix
Awakened Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 The files from standalone PPSSPP/assets need to be in RA's system/ppsspp folder. Like this:
demonseed Posted May 19, 2015 Author Posted May 19, 2015 Hey I will try again but I tried this.... Took the files from assets and tried the above as mentioned. I tried the assets files from the install and I tried the raw source files... Not understanding this as I have tried..... Is it cause I am using 64 bit version or something? I am also using windows 7.. I double checked mine is exactly the same. I have E:/hyperspin/emulators/retroarch/system/ppsspp and the files are in ther as above. Now the weird thing.. tired it through HL and it works outside it does not?
Awakened Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Maybe you don't have your system folder setup correctly in your retroarch.cfg. Mine is set as: system_directory = ".\System\". HL is probably correcting that for you when you launch through that.
gigapig Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 Mine is similar but with 1 .zim missing. From the Sony PSP config the system folder is. system_directory = ":\system/" From the RetroArch.cfg in the root it's system_directory = ":\system" All working fine btw.
