Did you test the b2b.zip through MAME? If it works, just rename my theme file, video and wheel art to the same name and try that. I'm using an older version of MAME, so maybe the rom was renamed by the developers in the version that you're using? I know that there are some cases of the roms being renamed. When I get a chance, I can share the file that I have for it if that doesn't work for you -

The rom name is bbbuster, not bbuster. 3 b's. Also, you may need to check your MAME xml file to see if bbbuster is listed. Mine wasn't, and I had to add it in. The official xml did not have it listed, but that was quite awhile back when I downloaded mine.
