I know the Devs are working hard, but it doesnt cost anything, for someone just to post an update or something.

I know life gets in the way, but its practically a Month has gone by and no communication. Come on guys, is it going back to the Old Days, where no one would say anything, leading to the point, where people had thought the Channel had Died.........

It sums up development of Hyperspin to a tee. Promise new Hyperspin, for 10-15 Years, during that time False Promises, then we get a Launchbox / Bigbox Clone, when all we wanted was Hyperspin upgraded, not the Reinvention of the wheel.

And this is why there is a backlash against this new Hyperspin 2. Should have just updated the old version, instead of reinventing the wheel.

I completely cleared the Program, plus the other areas it installs, downloaded the most updated system, from downloads page and let it run. when it comes to the plugin page, the Hyperspin core downloads and just sits there Extracting, so far its been running nearly 24 Hours. As I said, I have also tried on a different Computer, but getting the same results.

Have tried that, thats also why I tried a different computer, which made no difference. I also disabled the Virus protection, incase that was doing something.

Have even tried with 2.0.54, still just sits there saying Extracting Hyperspin Core. Any ideas on things I should be doing? I've already tried a complete new install, on a different Computer, which has made no difference. Please help

Sorry guys, i cannot carryout anymore testing, as I am unable to update any further, as Extracting Hyperspin Core, just sits there extracting doing nothing......

Tried to update to latest Version, just sits there as before, even tried a complete clean installation

I am having the same Problem. Its says it Extracting and just sits there.....

I've been a Hyperspinner since 2014 and still use it. I just think its silly that people complain about something they have no control on. What you should be doing is giving help, with the project instead of being negative. I would help, but have no programming skills, but instead of being negative, i will do my tesing on my part and report back what I find, with a Postive attitude. Remember people are doing this in their free time and dont get paid for it......

Reading on what is going on here. It would have been better, for the Dev's to release the Source Code, to original HS and let the members Develop it, into something that they wanted.......

I think Jason, got it right, with the Interface he came up with, with the user able to set things up easily, Hence a number of newer Front Ends going down the same route.

Sorry, I've been hearing this for the past 5 or so years now. I wont believe it will happen until there is some proof, of the update via some Video of the programe in action.
