Kenny Powers Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 When I try exiting a game in hyperspin it is not closing the emulator window. I'm using project 64 as my Nintendo 64 emulator. The game closes and goes back to the wheel but the emulator window stays open. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
nimpa Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Suggestion is as follow: (because i had the same problem) - use retroarch for N64...
Dunk3000 Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 Hi Kenny. Change your graphics plugin to the glide one? Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
SIMPLYAUSTIN Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 been a while since I bothered with P64 as its was way too buggy, plus RA seems to emulate better with more options too. However, I remembered a bug that you had to change the exit emulator key as it was also a hotkey for the emulator? So when you pressed it, P64 just got all monged up and spazzed out
Kenny Powers Posted July 1, 2015 Author Posted July 1, 2015 Thanks for the tips everyone. Austin your videos are great. It's what I have been using to help me through my build. I messed with the esc key for a bit. That didn't seem to work but I'm probably going to try again. I started doing a retroarch setup from your video but I have a 32 bit windows system so the download you offer doesn't work. I guess I will try to set up one on my own.
SIMPLYAUSTIN Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 thanks mate... Glad I can help you. Maybe you could cheat the setup of 32 bit and just use its main fiiles with my configs etc. I aint tried so I couldnt comment. Either way THIS should be useful for you. Nightly are like BETA version and stable is... well stable hehehe thanks for the big ups mate, I am sorry the vids could help you in this case. But great feedback. If you ever stuck, give me a shout!
ninja2bceen Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 One clarification, what emulator does nightly betas for n64? (Tapatalk)
gigapig Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 The only real way to close PJ64 is to have RocketLauncher close it, so you'll need to set that up in RLUI. The esc key in PJ probably switches from window to full screen. But yeah your better off using RetroArch.

Thanks. Edit: I found more information here: http://wiki.libretro.com/index.php?title=Mupen64Plus Unfortuantly GlideN64 is not supported yet...
