gunit Posted August 22, 2015 Share Posted August 22, 2015 Currently using 4g to write this message. My internet is working fine but for the last few days I cannot get onto hyperspin or emu movies. The error I have been getting is "connection timed out". My provider is Virgin media. Think it could be a DNS problem and have put a message on their forum and tried the Google DNS method but have had no joy. Can anyone please help ? It I'd possible that the IP is banned, but I am sure the forum would inform you with a splash page. It could be a DNS problem more than likely. Try to refresh it in CMD window mate. My IP is different because of this, so I would suggest Hyperspin Admin/Tech have blocked that IP for some reason ? could you get back to me with any information to fixing this issue as I dont want to use my router as modem for long.Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What happened to empathy in this world? I would be upset if my connection just stopped working for no reason, just as anyone would be. If I paid for plat membership and my IP was banned and I couldn't use the services I would be even more upset and really want answers. I am sure someone will hide behind the idea that they didn't pay for a service but gave a donation, but really it is the exact same thing.
