gigapig Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 You should only need yo follow my instructions as I did test it and only changed one.
Rincewind Posted October 14, 2015 Author Posted October 14, 2015 All worked thank you so much, I did need to change the other one tho as the configs didn't save until I did not sure why but all retroarch system work now apart from the playstation so I just used epsxe instead
gigapig Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Cool by all accounts epsxe looks a lot better than RetroArch anyway.
Aorin Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Just for your records, I was messing some days ago in my PSX emulation here, Retroarch works great once it's working, BUT, I use my isos in PBP which means I can use it only with ePSXe or PCSX-R (mind, PCSX-R core for retroarch exist only for mobiles, what is a sad news to me once it reads PBP and work as clean as the real PS so far). BUT, the point is, I was having issues using PETES OpenGL 2.9 Plugin which forced me to downscale my resolution, because when I put it in the native resolution of the monitor I'm using (1920x1200) it got truncated, the image was all wrong off the screen, it got wrong actually in any resolution higher than 1360x768. After some researches, I've found the fix for the issue, and now it works flawlessly, if any of you experience that problem there, just right click ePSXe or PCSX-R executable and check under Compatibility tab "Disable Display Scaling on High DPI Settings" and be happy.
