R0CK632
Just about ready to start work on my control panel, right now it has a coat of primer\sealer and 4 coats of latex paint but I'm worried it will start to get damaged from repetitive playing. Is putting a piece of plexi over it a good idea? Or is there any better ideas? What size plexi also? Thanks for the input

iNTiGOD
Vinyl all the way but really everything eventually will show signs of wear and tear. I like looking at a cab that has been beat up a little!! Has character.
Metalzoic
I have plexi covering mine right now. But I'll be rebuilding my CP soon and won't be putting plexi on again. The new one will have Vinyl artwork made for CP's instead. Check with Lucian/Brad that does the sideart printing here http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/507-decals-and-printing-for-your-hyperspin-cabinet/ He can tell you what type works best for CP's
