Pc games on android?

I haven't used it but dosbox turbo plays dos games & i saw a tutorial somewhere on how to play games using a windows 98 environment with dosbox turbo

you cant play modern big budget titles.  But you can play some cross platform new games... War of Mine, Hitman Go etc is great.

 

Or you can stream to your android from a PC

 

The only other option is older DOS or retro PC games that can be emulated
