tomassz31 Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 what's happening ok but it's been two days and I have this same response http://imgur.com/Y2qEXd9
gigapig Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 I doubt any member will be able to help you with this unless you have problems with a specific file which is broken or has other problems. Is the problem all files or just one? You will need to wait for the admin staff that deal with these problems to respond. Also start another support ticket as your previous one has been removed.
BiLbOBaggins Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 It's probably your membership status. To unlock restrictions you need this : http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/store/product/1-platinum-supporting-member/
Guest Posted April 8, 2016 Posted April 8, 2016 Also try deleting you browser history, including everything and try again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
maabus Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 I am having this issues as well. I was able to download something earlier today, but now I am unable to download anything. I am getting the You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete. I am not downloading anything, and I have deleted my cache, but that did not help.

One other person I saw rebooted their internet router/modem to fix. Good luck.
maabus Posted April 10, 2016 Posted April 10, 2016 Thanks but that didn't work. I've rebooted my router, modem, computer. I've signed out of the site. I've tried different files, and i still cant download anything. I guess i have to wait for an admin to fix it.
