matchaman Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 I have a collection of my favorite (and playable) Super Famicom titles. Is there a way to create an xml file based on the contents of the ROM directory? I would later on add year and other info manually but to begin with, I just need a simple file. noshgar Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 there is a super famicom db and artwork on the ftp somewhere. I just got it a month ago so it should still be there.
matchaman Posted August 21, 2013 Author Posted August 21, 2013 @andyco40 thanks @noshgar if you recall the directory, please tell me HyperSpin is the OCD curse we all love to love
noshgar Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 i dont unfortunately, if i remember correctly its towards the bottom of the list. Has box art and wheels that match up with the database, its worth sifting through to find it
sandman7793 Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Please only use rom2xml as a last resort, because its outdated and you will have to go thru the xml and fix a few things to make it work without errors. Mainly &os' Edit. You will need to use it because of what your doing but you will have to fix errors above if you have games that use those characters A boy stuck in a mans body
emb Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 The latest beta of the list creator supports building xml files based off a list of roms. Check out the third party section for the link.
