bodydump Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 OK. Finally finished the complete US retail set with XML and the Hyperion named set with XML (edited to remove multiple disc entries). Each set contains some games not included in the other set. So if you're a completist collector, you may want to download both and combine them into a custom XML. I wasn't motivated to do that myself. This is an alpha release, so there is one box missing (Midway's Greatest Volume 2) and there may be xml errors that I didn't catch. If you discover errors or other missing games or whatever, leave a post here and I'll see what I can do for the beta release. BadBoyBill Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 Nice, man, I can probably scan my Midway cover for you.
SophT Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 not to be ungrateful, but will you be releasing your theme too? I remember you had one from the teaser trailer and I want it Mostly I just don't want to create my own temporary one for the interim if a nice one already exists, ya know? or are you waiting for the 'final' release? (I hope not..) Things I Break ----- System Requirements? How do I remove rom warnings? How do I shut-down my computer? How do I shell HyperSpin?
bodydump Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 I actually didn't make a theme for the DC. I think that's just the default DC theme in HS. Flash Theme Tutorial #1 --- Flash Theme Tutorial #2
Lashek Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Excellent! Thanks given for this! -Lashek I invented HyperList! http://hyperlist.hyperspin-fe.com Please do not ask me support questions about HyperList, I am no longer a part of the team/project.
SophT Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 hey bodydump, are the videos from your teaser trailer on the emumovies FTP? Things I Break ----- System Requirements? How do I remove rom warnings? How do I shut-down my computer? How do I shell HyperSpin?
bodydump Posted April 25, 2009 Author Posted April 25, 2009 Not yet. Those videos are from the WIP dreamcast avi's on Emumovies FTP that I converted to FLV's. It's far from a complete set. I'll see if I can upload them back to a WIP flv directory. Unfortunately I can't make more videos since they should be recorded from an actual dreamcast not the emulator. Maybe I'll see about buying a Dreamcast (if I can find one with the right date) and finish up the videos. Flash Theme Tutorial #1 --- Flash Theme Tutorial #2
SophT Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 would you just put an inline capturer to record them? And I just got a little b-day money in the mail, and there's a dreamcast on Craigslist for $22 with a controller and cables... All I would need is some black CDs for the PD Self-Boot set... hmmm... what do you mean by the right date though? but they're dirt cheap on CL. Things I Break ----- System Requirements? bodydump Posted April 25, 2009 Author Posted April 25, 2009 what do you mean by the right date though? After October 2000 (i think) Dreamcast's no longer liked playing "backups". Flash Theme Tutorial #1 --- Flash Theme Tutorial #2
StarControl Posted May 5, 2009 Posted May 5, 2009 I went ahead and put this stuff up on the FTP server. Hope you don't mind bodydump. It's great stuff!
