The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. you need to set it in global and make a hyperspin hyperlaunch and default profile in hyper launch hq or just start xpadder as a start up app with hyperspin in hyper hq

Do you mean something like this?

So if it's like an i-Pac you would set it in HyperHQ under controls\keyboard

With my joysticks, I needed to use xpadder in order to navigate within Hyperspin. I also had to enable ghutch's HS Startup.exe within HyperspinHQ.

This got my joysticks and navigating to work.

Very true, if it shows up as a gamepad in windows then it may not work with newer versions of Hyperspin. You will need to use xpadder or joytokey.

Apologies for posting on an old thread.

I'm trying to get my head around navigating Hyperspin front end with the arcade joystick and buttons.

I have a 4 player cab using IPAC controller.

My theory was I just tweak the keyboard settings for HyperHQ. That seems to work for player 1 but not player 2 sort of works as it skips by numbers rather than 1 at a time.

My biggest concern, once i'm in the game, how can I exit out if one of the buttons is a player buttons?

I have seen heaps of guides with XPADDER but that's all to do with 'controllers' rather than a typical arcade joystick (keyboard inputs)

I'm sure it's something simple, but its driving me crazy!!

All feedback appreciated and apologies again if i'm on an old thread.
