Unable to post on threads

I am unable to post on the Hypermarquee / EDS and a few other threads (including one a raised about not being able to post) 

There is no text field at the bottom of the page for me. I have raised a support ticket but after 4 days i've had no response. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Is support actively addressing tickets?

I have been looking around the forum and noticed the same thing on a couple of subforums. This is clearly a permissions issue which will need to be addressed by an admin. I'm not sure a moderator has the rights to make this type of changement.

• Hyperlounge > no issues, all subforums ok

So there's 2 subforums I've found out that have a wrong permission set to them. All the forums where the layout seems to be screwed up are "Ask Question" threads, all "Topic" threads have no problem with their layout. Screenshot below to show the incorrect layout on the 'Ask Question' forums.

I've supplied a checklist for whoever is in charge that can change those things. Fingers crossed this will expedite the process

Is this being addressed? I am still not seeing a input field on the mentioned threads.

I have been looking into this but up until now I have been unable to find it. 

This morning however I decided to look again before asking the other admins again. I went balls deep in the back end and may have found the issue.

It was a permissions thing as Yuexkes said, anyone with Platinum, members, app and database development status did not have permission.

So can you guys test it now and I will go through the other forum sections this morning.

OK, all those should be fixed except the HyperBase web portal redirect.
