Espgod
Hey everyone. I am still pretty new to Hyperspin and I've ran into a bit of a snag. I've been able to figure out how to set up Neo Geo MVS, NES, SNES ect but I am having an issue with MAME. I have a 6000+ rom set for MAME but I've seen videos of people with menus of Arcade Classics, Nintendo, Capcom, ect and I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to work. I have downloaded the Main Menu themes from this website but there isn't a description on where to place said files. Is there a way to set up sub menus for different roms within MAME? If so, could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial? It's just that my MAME wheel in Hyperspin is chaotic to say the least and I am hoping to streamline it. Thank you for your time! badhemi
You can only do separate wheels or menus on android. No subwheels
badhemi
You need to go in main menu settings and put your separate wheels like Capcom classics Nintendo classics Item classics Taito classics Williams classics Atari classics Snk classics Sega classics Etc. retrogriff
Use the same Mame.ini but change the title to what ever system you want . As long as you,ve got the seperate xml files for each system.
Espgod
Does anyone have an example of what the MAME.ini file should look like? Or do I copy the entire ini file and rename it? I've pulled the XML files from the download section. Do I put the xml files in the MAME database folder? I know I am coming off as somewhat helpless but I've spent most of my sanity points on trial and error with this. I really do appreciate the help.
