i used these on mine Ricco Mini speakers they are 6w, the same power as the speakers you are looking at, and work fine for bar tops. TBH full volume on these is far too loud for the cab - i have them set on 50 - 75%.

(which is controlled by the up / down on the P1 joystick, using ipac shifted button commands)

Mike,

Are those speakers sold somewhere in the US or Canada?

Alternatively you can use these. I bought a pair for a 1p bartop i made some time ago and they can get pretty loud but the build quality on the amp is pretty cheap and the speakers are quite small though. Last time i bought some they were labeled as rosewill branded speakers and i spent only about 6 dollars shipped for them. Considering most mame games are mono, they work well. You get what you pay for though.

If you haven't already bought a bartop, I'd suggest going with one from ebarlow. His bartops are unique and made of incredibly strong wood. I've seen a bartop made by some guy on another forum and there was a nice crack in the laminated particleboard. I'd personally rather pay for durability and a unique look rather than some crappy wood that just looks nice on the outside. That's just me though.

I just bought these for my bartop. I heard of video of them and they sounded quite good for the price.

I can run all PC games on the GTX660 at the highest settings for 95% of the games.

I ended up with a core i5 4570 CPU, 8GB RAM, 600W Corsair PSU, ASRock H87M Pro4 motherboard, Samsung 840 EVO SSD

I also using 2 x 3TB HDD for ROMS and PC games.

Everything is running perfectly. Wii, Gamecube and PS2 run flawlessly so far as well as PC games.

I have visual pinball running perfectly as well

BladeZ,

Could you share links to the RAM and PSU that you used?

What kind of CPU cooler / fans did you end up using?

Also, no overclock on the CPU, correct? Essentially, you're running the CPU/GPU as they are "out of the box"?

Thanks so much!
