Intellivision-Control setup advice

Hey All,

I finally got Intelivision set up and working with mess, however I am not sure how to set up the controller. I know how to set the keys, but their controls were confusing with all kinds of numbers.  I am using a xbox 360 game pad and wondered how you map your keys?

I'd like to know that as well. Unless you have loads of spare buttons or a shift button and a good memory i guess your screwed. 

Personally I'm happy to have a small keyboard at hand for these types of system. That or get the original controller.

I've seen the right side stick (PS and 360 controllers) 4 directions, 4 diagonals, and center push down mapped as 9 of the numbers. Similar to the yellow N64 buttons.
