Should be able to import this into a new flash document, turn scaling on, and then recompile.

*edit - I guess I was super baked when I posted that, totally missed the obvious fact that that's the preloader. Would need to be decompiled...

can you try this and let us know if it works, but, wait for the new version to come out with ryu?

Oops, that link is just to the preloader (I really don't get how I missed that when I linked). That will probably need to be decompiled to find the names of the child movieclips it imports. If you open it in a flash 10 debug player, it may tell you what it's missing too.

Anyway, the answer is NO! I'm stuck on cs3 right now. So, until I get a cs5 install, I'm 'boycotting' flash. *shakes fist at flash 9*

Just contact the developer, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to create a stand alone version, if he doesn't already have one. Maybe entice him with a theme.

*edit - I'm now completely hooked on this game, and now wanting a full screen version...

This is a game made in flash, unfortunately the developer did not make a fullscreen or cease to use in fullscreen, he put a lock for not being able to use in fullscreen, but would have a fullscreen is a usual thing to put in our hyperspin arcades! for personal use of course!

Another solution is to have your script set the screen resolution to the lowest you've got before it runs the game. Working pretty well for me.

I'll share what I've done once I'm certain it's worthy of being released.

Please dear friend zerojay Help us, show your script to do this, change the resolution for the size. SWF to make it fullscreen, your script set the screen resolution to the lowest you've got before it runs the game. Thank you!

When its ready, I'll put it here. If you want to try it yourself, download an app that will change the resolution of the screen and put it into the Flash player script.

As I said, when it is ready, I will post it here.

Basically what it does is pretty simple. I've included desired resolutions for games that want to switch into the Settings.ini file. The script sees what game is being launched and grabs the resolution numbers from it, then runs an app that changes resolution with those numbers and then restores the original resolution when you quit and come back to Hyperspin.

The reason I haven't put it out there yet is because it's not fully functioning the way I want it to. I have Super Mario Crossover and N in my wheel. Super Mario Crossover is set to 640x480 (which gives it full screen vertically and keeps the game's aspect ratio) and properly returns to the old resolution when you quit. For some reason, N doesn't appear to work quite right. It switches to the 800x600 resolution I told the script to use, but then never restores the resolution to what you were using before launching. So I'm trying to work out that bug before releasing it as it's just a mod of dj's Flash Games module. I felt that this would be far easier solution than decompiling flash games.
