Could use some help from one of you talanted artists.

My cat died a while ago and I would like to hang a picture of him on the wall. I have a photo that I really like, but there is some grass in there that I would like to remove first. I think it would be enough if I could get rid of the straws over the face.

I tried to do it myself but that didn't go very well. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with this. I'm not sure if the quality of the photo changes when attaching it. If so, I could send it in a PM.
