    The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

    We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Letters Issue

Hi Guys,

I dunno if this is a bug or what but its odd. On every single system when you bring up the letters it will only show 1 number followed by a,b,c etc.

This probably makes no sense so let me show you an example. On my Atari 2600 this is the database:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<menu>
  <header>
    <listname>Atari 2600</listname>
    <lastlistupdate>03/06/2016</lastlistupdate>
    <listversion>1.1</listversion>
    <exporterversion>HyperList XML Exporter Version 1.3 Copywrite (c) 2009-2011 William Strong</exporterversion>
  </header>
  <game name="2005 Minigame Multicart (USA) (Unl)" index="true" image="2">
    <description>2005 Minigame Multicart (USA) (Unl)</description>
    <cloneof></cloneof>
    <crc>401F769B</crc>
    <manufacturer>AtariAge - Zach Matley, Bob Montgomery, Fred Quimbey &amp; Chris Walton</manufacturer>
    <year>2005</year>
    <genre>Mini-Games</genre>
    <rating>Other - NR (Not Rated)</rating>
    <enabled>Yes</enabled>
  </game>
  <game name="3-D Tic-Tac-Toe (USA)" index="true" image="3">
    <description>3-D Tic-Tac-Toe (USA)</description>
    <cloneof></cloneof>
    <crc>58805709</crc>
    <manufacturer>Atari</manufacturer>
    <year>1980</year>
    <genre>Puzzle</genre>
    <rating>Other - NR (Not Rated)</rating>
    <enabled>Yes</enabled>

According to this, index is set to true for 2005 Minigame Multicart with letter 2. 3-D tic tac toe is also set to index true with letter 3. When i go to the letters it goes 2,A,B,C,D... when really it should go 2,3,A,B,C,D...even though its configured correctly in the database xml.

Its like this for every single one of my systems anybody have any idea why this is?

I used to have the same issue but forgot how I fixed it. I think it has something to do with the settings in HyperHQ. Try switching xml index and see if that solves your problem.
