None of my videos are working for a new system

Hello, I'm trying to get my video snaps working. I downloaded them from emumovies and the names are correct. The system video wont load as well as the game videos inside the wheel. I am not sure why. The videos are named the same as the games and inside the XML file. I've matched what the default systems have and its still not working. Any help is appreciated.

I updated my xml database with the one on hyper list as well. Still no luck.

Can you play the videos outside of Hyperspin in windows media player? Don't use VLC because that comes with it own set of codecs. If you cannot then you are missing the basic codecs for mpeg-4 and AAC playback.

Try installing a codec pack and then see how it goes.

Hmm do your videos in the main menu or other menu's work?

If so are your videos in the right location?

if you  have a black screen and no audio,  on 1 main menu or on 1 sub menu

you more then likely have a bad theme

 

if every main menu theme has  a black screen with no audio and every sub menu you select has a black screen and no audio

you more then likely have a corruped Hyperspin support file

 

I would suggest you add your Hyperpin folder to the extempt list from your antivirus. 

download Hyperpsin again and start over. drag and drop the Videos,themes and wheels into your new install from your old one so that you don't have to re download anything.
