Wow mate your making the neo geo theme set look awesome, thanks very much for sharing. Awesome job, the 4:3 themes look incredible too its brilliant your doing those for 4:3 users too. Top job......Huge gold mushroom for you!

Any choice or suggestion?

The bg is so nice, that it is a shame to make the video take the entire height of the screen hiding almost 1/3 of the screen behind.

I would use the third option, but will reduce the logo size a little bit so it does not touch the left and bottom margins of the screen. Same thing with the airplane; do not make the wings to touch perfectly the border. Either make it smaller so there is air between artwork and border, or make it get over the edge so it takes a litle bit of wings on top and bottom. Finally, the video frame, I would shrink it 1/3 of its size, and align it to the top (leaving again a little bit of room to breathe between top border and screen), so the bottom side of the video border gets like "standing" on the grass.

Hopefully I was able to explain myself (I sometimes write a little bit all over the place hehe). If not, just send me the assets and I will mock it for you.
