Can't get Mame to save hi scores

Actually, I do have two more questions.

First, is it possible to change the color, size, and position of the text in HiToText?

Second, is it possible to get it to keep scrolling the scores instead of just showing them one time and stopping?

I’m not sure you can have all the names up at the same time in hyperspin or not nor do I think you’ll want too. It shows one at a time and just cycles through it yep. Interesting on the colors and location, I’m sure you can but I haven’t thought of that

I'm not wanting them to all show at the same time.  It's just that it only goes through the scores one time then stops.  I'm wanting it to restart and keep going as long as someone is on the wheel instead of running once and stopping.  Any way to make that happen?

Wonder where I'd look to try and change the color, size, and location of text for the HiToText info displayed?

It's interfering with some other custom labels/buttons I have (Special art) and I'd rather not move them.

@Spawk @gigapig @griffin518 or anyone else, do you know how I might change the color, size, font, and placement of the HiToText graphic?  Do you know if it's possible to get it to repeat instead of just showing once and how I might do that?

AFAIK it's not configurable... probably in the HS code itself, which we do not have access to.

That's a shame.  I wish we could at least move it because it interfere's with some special art projects I have.  If we could at least move it up or down, that'd be great.

I moved what I could move and it looks ok now.  Just wish there were more options, but overall I'm very happy.

Wow!  I was on another thread looking into an entirely different problem and someone posted their settings.ini file.

The last two lines of that file, which is all I really saw anyway since I went to the next post to read it, just happened to have a line that said Hi Score support then under that it said y=xxx.

So I tried it and sure enough, I can move the high score up and down and now I have it EXACTLY where I want it!

Now I'm happy.
