hypersearch feature request

it would be awesome if you could use your trackball in hypersearch.

trackball does work in hyperspin and in hypersearch (ran as a wheel in HS), i can move the pointer around.  but clicking on a letter doesn’t seem to select the letter.

i tried again and the mouse click will highlight the letter but it will not select the letter.  

if i put the cursor on the letter and press my select button, the letter is not selected.

so with trackball, i have to mouse click to highlight then press my select button.

You might be able to incorporate OSK or "On Screen Keyboard" from Windows so you can use your mouse/trackball to select letters.

I love Hypersearch and appreciate the work thats gone into it, but it would be great if it didn't depend on a keyboard.

I like to have my cab with the keyboard hidden away, not so impressive when your mates are around and you have to lug the keyboard out...

Is this still actively in developement???
