Can't use hard drive on 2 pc's only works on one

Hello I'm new to this so I have a hard drive that only works on my older laptop. I bought a new laptop to run the dolphin emulator and everything seems to open as far as hyperspin/hyperlaunch on both pc's but I can't open emulators or games from the new pc. The drive path is set to E: on both computers and everything is the same what am I missing? I installed directx on new laptop and both are running windows 10. Any help would be appreciative also please speak in stupid since I don't understand much of the abbreviations for things thanks.

Hyperspin and Hyperlaunch (if you are still using a 5+ year old system) work of a drive no problem.

what does not work from multiple computers is the 3rd party apps needed by emulators.

1.  launch each emulator you have OUTSIDE of  hyperspin  manually and try to load a rom and play the game.

you will quickly narrow down  what is making Hypespin not run of multiple computers.

Try setting both RocketLauncherUI and Hyperspin as admin and try again.

Also disable windows defender,uac,firewall

Sometimes RL uses fonts that need to be installed, also needs .net 2.0 I think still.
