thcdgaf Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 ssf i thought need daemon tools been awhile

Creezz67 Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 maybe a screenshot of error or more info ? Works fine in RetroArch. Do you even have RetroArch setup ?
dark13 Posted February 17, 2019 Posted February 17, 2019 SSF definitely needs daemon tools (use DTLite501-0406, works on w10 1809 and is packed with less crapware compared to latest version). You need to install the software, load an iso and assign a letter to the virtual drive, select the virtual drive on SSF, select the virtual drive on RocketLauncher. Honestly beetle saturn on retroarch is much easier to use as it directly loads .cue and has a very good compatibility. The downside is it needs much more cpu power than SSF. Automatizing infopanels creation from .csv files for HTPCs themes (look at infopanel tutorial.zip on the ftp in dark13 folder) PNGs to SWFs automatized flash scripts Hyperspin Wheelset automatized template (photoshop's variables + batch) Aeon nox 4.13 W.I.P. hyperspin skin
midgetonebeta Posted March 21, 2019 Posted March 21, 2019 Now i want to do some testing i been Using Mednaphen Emulator And i have no need to get any DMT installed i just run CUE files. If you need Help Message me i Have Discord.
SubRetro Posted May 3, 2019 Posted May 3, 2019 "Honestly beetle saturn on retroarch is much easier to use as it directly loads .cue and has a very good compatibility. I am still waiting for CHD to be fully supported with the saturn emulators but it causes some LAG so I just kept my cue/bin setup for now. I will probably give ISO again but its not a rush.
Mrmikey73 Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 I’m getting the same error “failed to load content” I have retroarch installed and running other emulators no problem. I put both bios files in the systems folder and downloaded the Beatle core. When I load the core then load a Sega Saturn cue or bin file it says failed to load content. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

dark13 Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 Some RA cores seems to have problem loading .cue with multiple track (.bin + .wav), try to re-rip the rom in bin+cue format with isobuster https://www.isobuster.com/it/ Automatizing infopanels creation from .csv files for HTPCs themes (look at infopanel tutorial.zip on the ftp in dark13 folder) PNGs to SWFs automatized flash scripts Hyperspin Wheelset automatized template (photoshop's variables + batch) Aeon nox 4.13 W.I.P. hyperspin skin

Mrmikey73 Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 I’ll check when I get home but I tried 2-3 from the hyperspin ready set on The pleasure website. Do you know any that work off hand so I can try it? Starting to wonder if I should just switch emulators but I really like having one emulator.
Mrmikey73 Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 I tried Area 51. Loading the cue file it says failed to load content. I just downloaded Mednafen and it loads fine. I’ve read the emulation isn’t great and did kind of studder a bit. Really wish I could get this to load in Retroarch but I must be missing something? Any more suggestions?

Any more suggestions? Checked Area 51 and it loads and plays ok on RA 1.8.1 using bin/cue Make sure you have all bios files for the core you are using Make sure the cue is named correctly Make sure your module is saying to use the correct core Check you are not using vulkan driver, use GL instead
