Is it safe to remove these to clean up RL

Hi All

 

I have a CAB I brought and whilst the software is great Rocket Launcher is very messy with lots of modules with broken paths, by looking at the systems it appears they have been replaced with other emulators so it just looks like poor housekeeping but I don't know the system well enough to just remove them from the modules tab in all the systems. If they are not used I would also like to remove them from the global modules tab also as it appears the module no longer exists but not sure how to remove the module from rocket launcher global tab or from the modules under system and if it will cause any issue doing so most of them have a message saying that they are tampered with or corrupt or similar so I assume they are no longer used, screen shot of errors attached, many thanks

you should consider using the snipping tool and attaching png or jpeg files we can see  I have no plans of downloading your file

this is  a feature that has been available since windows 7

why are you attaching docx files

do NOT remove any modules with exclamation points. These are all fine and show like that because they have been modified.
